Anya Volz was born in Vermont and now lives in New York City. Many men in America say her comedy is funny but not too preposterous. Taylor-Joy, who was then 16 years old, left her school to pursue a career in acting. Anya Taylor-Joy was born on the 16th of April, 1996 in Miami Florida. A half English and half Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father is an native of Argentina with Scottish as well as English origins is her mother. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish as well as English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. They moved with the family from Buenos Aires to Victoria, London as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. Taylor-Joy says the move into London was difficult and that she didn't take the time to learn English to avoid moving back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the switched from Northlands. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and was a part in plays.
