Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father had left her family and she was taken care of by her mother, grandparents and godparents. While a small child, Ford battled obsessive/compulsive disorders and anxiety caused by the word association. Ford was interested in acting during her teenage years and joined the National Youth Theatre. The school she was accepted to was Sylvia Young Theatre School. After a couple of days, she realized that this school wasn't suitable for her. Ford rather than applying for admission to Central School of Speech and Drama and getting a spot on her third attempt, applied and won acceptance to Central School of Speech and Drama. Shaun Dingwall was one of Ford's fellow students. The actor was later to play regular roles in the shows Pete Tyler and Doctor Who. Ford was able to graduate in 1993, but she already had her TV debut in the 1992 episode Surgical Spirit. She adopted the stage name Catherine Tate. Tate was featured in a variety of television programs such as The Bill, Men Behaving Badly as well as London's Burning in the Nineties. The regular theatre work she performed has led to her joining The Royal Shakespeare Company, for the 2000-2001 season. Tate's stand-up comedy style that she started adding to her set in 1996, quickly gained her attention.
